All rooms are constructed out of hygienic PVCu with each bedroom, fully insulated, double glazed and heated for the cooler months. In the summer we have shading to keep our guests cool and we have clear polycarbonate panels that go up in the winter for an extra layer of insulation, so we are prepared for every season.
Our recent upgrade includes solid wood cat trees and easily accessible steps and ramps to cater for every cats needs. We only cater for cats so it is a quiet environment for your cat to stay.
Although we provide everything for your cats to sleep on, you are welcome to bring a favourite bed or bedding and any toys from home. We generally keep dry food down for the cats at all times and feed moist food twice a day unless otherwise instructed. We also feed the cats whatever you feed them at home*. This way we can avoid any upsets caused by a change in diet. We also give the cats lots of treats and always ask if your cat is allowed to have them. We think your cat is having a holiday too so it's nice to be able to spoil them a little!
We do not provide prescription/veterinary diets or exclusive online foods; owners must provide these and advise at time of booking. Although we are happy to feed raw and fresh diets, these must be provided by the owner in ready measured portions to avoid any cross contamination.
With more than 40 years experience in animal care your cat will get plenty of TLC and whether they like to be groomed or cuddled or play, we try to spend quality time with each cat every day.
