All cats must have up to date vaccinations and boosters before boarding. Proof is required every stay. Flea and worm treatment must also be up to date prior to your cat's holiday, including house cats for their own protection please. Sorry, no un-neutered males over 8 months old. We will not take cats with severe gastrointestinal or incontinence issues that mean they will not use or are unable to make it to a litter tray. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance.

Cash payments preferred but we accept payment by cheque and BACs (please ask for bank details). Payment by cheque to: The Cattery at Northwoods. Cancellations must be advised at least 21 days prior to date of arrival. 50% of the total balance is required for cancellations within 21 days of holiday. Cancellations within 48 hours and no shows will be liable to pay the full amount.

Administration of medication is subject to an extra daily charge of £1 on top of normal daily rate. Apologies, but we do not administer medication by injection or through feeding tubes.
