All arrivals before 12pm please. Departures welcome any time during opening hours. However, if unable to reach us before 4pm, should we need the room for the following day, we will move your cats into a comfortable holding unit until you can reach us.
Again, all arrivals before 12pm Monday to Saturday and between 9and 10am on a Sunday. For any prearranged Sunday departures unable to reach us in that hour please call when on your way and we will make sure the gate is open for you. If unable to reach us before 4pm on any day during winter hours, then please arrange to collect your cats the following day.
Regular Mailchimp updates sent for those who have a booking with us and newsletters are emailed out about 4 times a year. When you book with us you will be subscribed to these, but you can easily opt out. Just bear in mind you will not receive any up-to-date info that may affect your booking so email to check you have not missed anything
With more than 40 years experience in animal care your cat will get plenty of TLC and whether they like to be groomed or cuddled or play, we try to spend quality time with each cat every day.
